A job board that fits around your week.
Hirely was built for one kind of person: a parent looking for work that actually fits the life they're already living. Mornings, term-time, remote, async — that's the whole point, not a filter.
Tell Hirely about your week.
Mornings only? Around school runs? Remote? Just type it — no filters to wrangle, no checkboxes that don't fit your life.
Talk through any role.
Click a role and ask anything: "Does this work with term-time?", "What would my week look like?", "Any red flags?". Honest answers, grounded in the listing — not hype.
Apply in under a minute.
No cover letter required. Optional 2-sentence note if you want one (Hirely can help). Your CV powers smarter matches for next time.
Why we built Hirely
Most job boards treat "flexible" as a checkbox someone forgot to update. You filter for "remote", then half the roles still want you in three days a week. You filter for "part-time", and the salary is buried in a PDF.
Hirely flips it: every role is flexible by design. Employers have to tell us when the work happens, how many hours a day, and whether it can be done from home — before the listing goes live. Parents see the same facts on every card. That's it. That's the product.
Common questions
Is Hirely free for parents?
Yes — fully free to browse, apply, and use the chat. We don't charge parents, and we don't sell CV data to advertisers.
Do you screen employers?
Employers create their own accounts and post their own roles. We don't run background checks. Use the same judgement you'd use anywhere else: check the company online before sharing personal info, and never pay an employer to apply.
What does "flexible" actually mean here?
Three concrete patterns: Fixed schedule (employer sets specific days and hours), Flexible hours (total hours agreed, you choose when), and Async (no required hours at all). Every role wears one of these labels — no guessing.
Will my CV be shared with anyone?
Only the employer of a role you've applied to. We don't sell CVs, share them across employers, or pass them to recruiters. The structured summary Hirely extracts from your CV is used only to improve your own matches.
Does Hirely use AI?
Yes — the chat assistant, job matching, application notes, and interview prep are all powered by AI. The AI only sees the job listing and (where relevant) your own CV. It never invents details that aren't in the listing, and it never sends your data anywhere except to generate your response.
Who is Hirely for?
Parents and primary carers looking for work that fits around the rest of their life. Returners after a career break, freelancers wanting steady part-time work, anyone whose week doesn't fit a 9-to-5 mould.
No commitment. Takes about a minute.
